VibeVoIP provides voicemail transcription services that convert voice messages to text and deliver them via email and SMS notifications.
SMS Opt-In Terms
By subscribing to our SMS notifications, you explicitly consent to receive text messages from VibeVoIP.
- Opt-In Required: You must actively opt-in to receive SMS messages
- Message Types: Voicemail alerts, service updates, account notifications
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on voicemail volume
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact info@vibevoip.com
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Account Terms
- You must provide accurate contact information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person or business entity
Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
- No refunds for partial months
- Service may be suspended for non-payment
Service Limitations
- Transcription accuracy may vary based on audio quality
- Service availability is not guaranteed 100%
- We reserve the right to modify service features
Privacy and Data
Your use of our service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Termination
Either party may terminate service with 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately for violation of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
VibeVoIP's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
